Here are a few questions we are frequently asked at Claire Walton Property:
+ Can I rent somewhere for just one week?
Yes. Maybe you are visiting friends or relatives and want your own space. Or maybe you are attending a training course nearby. Whatever the reason, Claire Walton Property can help you and provide you with high class accommodation with all utilities, cleaning and linen services, and free wi-fi included.
+ I am moving out of my house but my new place is not ready for me to move into you. Can I rent an apartment or house for 3 months whilst I am in-between house moves?
Yes you can. We can provide a home from home for any period of time you need. Your temporary home can come fully furnished with everything you need whilst your possessions are in storage, or unfurnished should you prefer. We provide temporary accommodation for a period of time which suits you.
+ Can I bring my pet with me when I stay in a Claire Walton Property?
Some of our properties allow for small pets. Please ask upon enquiry.
+ Will there be parking with my accommodation?
Yes, most of our properties offer off road allocated parking. Please make sure you specify that you will require parking when making your booking.
+ Can I book directly with you or do I need to go via a booking agency like Bookings.com?
Yes you can book directly with us by calling our office on 01234 345678 to make your reservation. You do not need to make a reservation with an outside booking agency, although we do take bookings from Bookings.com, and other online booking websites.
+ How do I pay for my accommodation?
We take payment by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. This can be done in person, or over the telephone (terms and conditions apply). There is a charge of 3% when using a credit card. All bookings will require proof of identification and home address, ie a colour photocopy of a passport/driving licence and utility bill or bank statement, or in cases of booking on the telephone this can be e-mailed to our office upon payment. The name and address on your identification must be the same as the name on your payment credit card.
+ Do I need to pay for my accommodation when I book it, or is taken from my account when I check-in?
You will need to pay the full amount at the time of booking which will be processed at that time. If you need to cancel your booking some of this may be refundable – please see the cancellation policy on this website.
+ I have clients I need to accommodate, can you provide welcome packages and arrange for a car service to take them where they need to go?
We, at Claire Walton Property, have a range of packages we can offer our customers. We can tailor make your, or your client's, stay exactly according to what you want or need. We can also arrange for welcome packages of flowers, chocolates and Champagne.
+ I want more than just a hotel room or apartment. I want to have a romantic weekend get away with my partner where we will not be disturbed. Can I book an apartment for a weekend?
Yes you can. We have a range of beautiful apartments available with packages tailor made to your own requirements. A welcome package of Chocolates and Champagne can be provided for your arrival, with the bedroom and bathroom prepared with rose petals and a romantic ambience.
+ I am a Rugby fan and want accommodation near Bedford Rugby Club. Do you have suitable accommodation?
We have a range of gorgeous apartments very close to Bedford Rugby Club. In particular we have two apartments with terraces overlooking Bedford Rugby Club, perfect for entertaining your guests whilst taking in the atmosphere of the rugby.
+ Can you provide cots and high chairs for our twins in our accommodation?
Yes we can. We can provide cots, high chairs and extra equipment for babies and families. Please make sure you register your requirements at the time of your booking.
+ How do I get my keys?
Your keys will be waiting for you at the agreed check-in time in the key safe at your accommodation. Details for this will be provide on your booking confirmation, or 24 hours prior to your arrival.
+ Once I have booked can I cancel?
Yes you can. Please see our Cancellation Policy for further details.
+ I don't know how long I will need accommodation for - what can I do?
If possible please give an estimated length of time you think you will require the accommodation for, and then book for your minimum stay length. Then if you wish to extend your stay please let the Claire Walton Property office know as soon as you can and subject to availability we will try and accommodate your extended stay.
+ Does Claire Walton Property only do short-term lets because I am looking for somewhere long-term?
Claire Walton Property can provide short and long-term accommodation depending on the property. Our long-term lets are advertised on Righmove.co.uk. We can provide rentals for properties with 6 or 12 month leases with Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements.
+ Can our company set up an account with you?
