What to do in an emergency

If there is an emergency concerning fire or gas, do not leave a message on this system but immeidately call the emergency services on 999 for a fire or national grid on 0800 111 999 for a gas leak.

Once the emergency services have been notified please call the Claire Walton property office on 01234 345678. If it is outside of office hours leave a message on the answerphone as this will be forwarded to a member of the Claire Walton property team.

What to do if there is a water leak

If there is a serious water leak (ie water flooding across the floors) please turn off the water at the stop-cock and call the Claire Walton property office to notify them. Please wait for a member of Claire Walton property to contact you with further instructions.
